Hello,

I just retrofited genuine LCI tail lights on my pre-LCI X5 E70.

I thought I would be able to code the retrofit with ISTA-P, but I can't find the option in retrofit list.

Could I have some help ?

   

   

   


Do I have to use NCS Expert instead ? if so, how ?

I applied it, but I still have "Brake force display" in error in Idrive and In FRM module error memory.

Try to disable cold/warm check, BFD....

CC_MELD_BFD_BL -> nicht_aktiv
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_BFD_L -> nicht_aktiv
FEHLERMELDUNG_CC_BFD_R -> nicht_aktiv

I don't have it in FRM2

I have :

WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BFD
CC_MELDUNG_BFD_L
CC_MELDUNG_BFD_R

I tried to change
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BFD
WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BFD

To nicht_activ but does change the default on idrive

CC_MELDUNG_BFD seems to be for "check control notification" I could try this one

I did it and coded FA_WRITE in CAS and FRM, but I still had the default in idrive for brake force display.

Switching CC_MELDUNG_BFD to nich_activ did the trick. no more default on idrive.

Maybe I did not apply/code correctly FRM... I did not play with CCC at all.

FA write function does not code...... you need to perform sg codieren, if not, try to update modules
