Website and server seem ok. Check your internet, restart PC and try again. You can contact the dev and support on telegram.

Got in touch with EU team, seems that was short service outage. Now everything works just fine.

Guys mind giving some insight into the complaint? Part of the consistent updates is improving all user experiences.

I can easily give you few painpoints from my perspective:

- lack of "browse" button in FDL edditior and "My files". Filtering is not enaugh, would be nice to have option like in FA editor to simply borwse for files
- FDL's "save as" option would be extremley nice instead just "save" since BU is not making any back-ups
- arrow keys not switching between lines, they change values in dropdown in legacy mode (maybe this is how it supposed to be, but this bothers me)
- "bar" is too small in scroll bar on the right in FDL edittor 

Other than that not much more to complain about.

I still can't read DTC (BU) if connected with ICOM. With ENET cabel it works fine but not with ICOM. It would also be cool to save DTC in file. Other than that pretty good solution.

Have not tried BimmerUtility but recently switched from EsysX to EsysUltra. EsysUltra is much better + support is amazing.

Asked the developer of bimmer utility for installation on Facebook.... He sees message and no reply and then blocked me... Never mind.... Now will surely go with esys ultra.... I know i wont create much difference to bimmer utility but customer support/or a normal response is something which u need. The BU guy seems have got another level of attitude. Mate may be u good in something and someone else is not but does not mean u block someone who is asking u help for ur own tool. I also work for mercedes but always treat the customers right. Esys ultra anytime now.
