XZBMW  AGR Fresh rate with the lasted I-Step
Hi,

Does anyone already know whether the increase in the EGR fresh air rate still works with the new I-stage F020-22-03-552 ??

Best Regards

Can you explain what real life benefits did you get from doing it?

EntryNav2, MGU, Evo - carplay with or without ATM, full fsc, component protection and more.
NCD 2.0 secure coding - typeschlussel (typecode) change, region change

RE: AGR Fresh rate with the lasted I-Step
Then I'll explain briefly..

in principle, the EGR fresh air rate is about avoiding or reducing sooting in the intake tract. So we increase the value in the control unit, which means that we suck in more fresh air instead of exhaust gases from the EGR. Here are some real examples

By the way, this change is purely about the diesel engines. measured on a B47 2.0 diesel

Code:
Massairflowmeter:

default value(0):   8,27-8,51 g/s    |    3,18-3,25 mg/hub

increased to 40mg : 8,88-9,05 g/s    |    3,42-3,49 mg/hub

increased to 60mg : 9,16-9,33 g/s    |    3,49-3,57 mg/hub

These are not huge jumps but I would say better than nothing..

In this case, the engine control unit is from BOSCH and these are unlocked up to an increase of 60mg and my question was whether in the latest I Step these might have been completely banned or not.

Best Regards

You can use this little Tool. You need same things installed like for tool32. Handling is much better as tool32.

RE: AGR Fresh rate with the lasted I-Step
If it is blocked on some engines/software, no tool32, ISTA or whatever will help.
Then it just doesn't work.
