I installed a new version of ISTA, but the program did not run due to licensing issues. 
Could you please issue a new license to solve this?

This key is same one as I requested yesterday. It is not for a new PC.
I upgraded to 4.37.2x and it asked for a license. 
The old license you created for this PC is also attached. Please delete it from your DB and make a new one for me.
