I had already tried that, but unfortunately it didn't work. Even if the program is uninstalled and I only start the OffboardDiagLauncher.exe, the error message comes up. I've now installed another version on another hard drive Key attached mayby this works.

Yes i know i have replace the launcher. And i start from Desktop. I check now not to start from Desktop
When I start the program, the message no longer comes up, but it now tells me that the license has been stored somewhere in the background because the license entry is no longer queried even after deinstallation and subsequent reinstallation. Will now set up the hard drive again from scratch and then post the key again, maybe it will work then A thank you doesn't hurt, neither does a Reputation
