Hy ,

i have updated my ista to 4.32.15 now when i try to connect i get firmware message .
My icom is an A2 clone my actual firmware is 03.15.02 . i tried to update it with 03-22-11 over the web page. But after reboot the system led stays blinking i have waited over 30 min but still same and cant connect to it . Then i plugged out power and back in then it connects but the firmware is still old. Does anyone know a trick to get it work or ista to get work with the old firmware.

I have updated now successfull to 03.15.09 but 03.22.11 still same problem

Now Ista works with 03.15.09 so its ok now but it would be nice for future if there will be an update for the a2 clone

look for this in registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold]

"Icom.Package.Version"="00-00-00"

"Icom.Package.Version.Compatible"="00-00-00"

"IcomNext.Package.Version"="00-00-00"

"IcomNext.Package.Version.Compatible"="00-00-00"

If existing change them all to "00-00-00"...then yoiu will not have "firmware" popping up


But updating shouldn´t be a problem (Icom)....

i have same problem i go verify this information

read my comment, if they are existing change value to "00-00-00"

I have searched in the regedit for this entries but i couldnt find them.
