i had a similar problem, i just reinsalled ista again without uninstalling anything, just run install again, it goes through the procedure from the start again where you can choose dkan cable again, it worked for me, goodluck

Why don’t you down load the Konfigulator for INPA? I hope still posted, I used it and never problem. My cable is Omitec “bought from eBay few years ago” for e86 and ENET for F32.

you're right, but in my case, i couldn't get to that screen until i reinstalled, reinstall brings that page up

Ok I have only just seen the OP image of his ISTA Settings. It strange why it won't connect if everything is correct.

Yes its really strange. Maybe a uninstall/reinstall of the cable ftdi drivers could help.
