Hi All,

I wanted to check with Esys Launcher 5 usere do they encounter errors with loging in via authenticator ? I permanetly get "login failed status code:0"

I've tested my PIN and on fxx site and all checks out. I've tried loging in with password but still no luck. Obvioulsy I've send few email to Eli but no response since 2-3 weeks.

Any ideas how to tackle this ?

Its likely a network issue. Check your firewall or try connecting to another wifi or ethernet. I had a simlar issue and connected to another router and it was okay.

Seems your problem due to time not accurate... synchronise pc with phone and real time - and retry

Restart WI-FI . I had it also, rebooting helped. Or use another internet .
