Think I mixed up request # since the code you provided activates still the 4.34, but doenst work with 4.37. Can you please generate one based on req that I copied directly from ISTA 4.37.

Already give you license for this request, problem is on your side.

You install ISTA manually? Use my Installer.

Edit:
I see on screenshot your Windows is not activated, sort your problems before request licenses. If you activate windows later then need again new license.
