AFAIK there's no solution - when the used cluster gets rejected by VW, you are screwed.

At the moment the only solution is online I don't know of another method

I do have Geko account too but it doesn't help on used clusters. Technically, you need to be an official VAG tech, fill out a special form, and send it to VAG admin to have the cluster validated for coding before you can use it.

I'm not sure if you're aware of this but used clusters can't be coded even using regular online method. There is a special procedure for used clusters. I can code everything else new or used with no problem except used clusters.

yes, correct
only those who are registered company ODIS access
they need send permission with serial number first, then VW unlock this FAZIt number to that vechice they ask .
not a big deal if you autorise uzer

all guys i know doing that w/o any problem,. only require more paper work
so dont knwo what access you use
