XZBMW  Active Sound Design (ASD) F31 330d
Hello together,
a friend of mine fitted the „ball speaker“ to his 330d F31. He bought a used ASD ecu from eBay. I wired it up like the instruction said.
+ and - as well as Can High and Can Low. And off course; the 2 wires to the speaker itself.
I got communication to ASD ecu but the external speaker doesn‘t work.
Could anybody tell me the SVT of the ecu? I think the software on it is wrong for F31.
Actuall SVT attached to this post.

ASD2 Modul isnt from F31 i think? With external "ball speaker" is from i3 or i8 i think. ASD is over internal speaker only on gasoline and diesel cars.

You CAN'T just take RANDOM hardware and slap it wherever you want. As you can see from attachment, this HWEL is used EXCLUSIVELY on I001 family. There is NO support (meaning software) for it on any other chassis.

One will not find suitable cafd for F31 and this module. It will never work.
