Unfortunately not, we must wait for a genius who is able to provide a standalone version like Sedoy and others did before. My hope is still that Sedoy comes to the conclusion that the damage for the community is much bigger than for a couple of sellers when stopping or breaking out his project.

In the meantime, you can update just the files mentioned in the former comments.
