iam so sorry but when i finish install Xentry XDOS for merc, i dont know why my ISTA can not login. i guess i disabe security boot on bios, my ID changed, can not used old key. help me re-new it. Thank you so much

after few months using, license provided by you, suddenly message by Ista that license expired, nothing changed on PC, OS, all intact, what you suggest to try?

In attach send you again license request, and license key you provided to me.

When i try again enter license key, at part with license request code, i copy your license key, but ISTA not allows me to press button NEXT, it's greyed out?
