XZBMW  F10 525 n47 not start
Hi,
I have an 525 f10 2.0 n47 2011, crank but not start.

2. 28CE00 - GSC, Lin Bus communication fault
3. 273C00 - Camshaft Sensor, Signal, No Signal
4. 25CD00 - Rail Pressure Control Valve, Activation, Short Circuit to Ground
5. 28D600 - Air Mass Flow Sensor, Signal, Open Circuit or Short Circuit to Ground
6. 25AD00 - Supply Control Valve Activation, Short Circuit to Ground
7. 249F00 - Boost Pressure Actuator/Turbine Control Flap, Actuation, Short Circuit to Ground
8. 249300 - Rail Pressure Monitoring on Engine Starting, rail pressure too low
And more on DDE (short circuit to ground, open circuit etc)

Ecu replaced and cloned, cas cloned, check all wires from egs to dde…

It starts 3-4 times and then it doesn't start anymore.

Any ideas ?

Check 5V sensor voltages. If low check wiring harness from top of intake manifold to throttle body and intake temperature sensor.

RE: F10 525 n47 not start
Check wiring diagram for fuse and check if it’s common across all sensors

RE: F10 525 n47 not start
To me it seems like terminal 15N relay is not switching on. You sure CAS sends signal on 15N wire and relay itself is good???

Also other faults could indicate something else, but in this subset ALL thingys are supplied by 15N.

You should REALLY look at schematics BEFORE you fire parts cannon.

RE: F10 525 n47 not start
On fusebox I have 12v but on 15N (rail sensor, wastegate, pressure converter just 4v)

RE: F10 525 n47 not start
Where EXACTLY "on fusebox"??? Before 15N relay or after???

IF ok on fuses (like F22, F42) then have you checked connector X13*1B is properly plugged and not corroded?
