You have other problem.
I would do this:
1) flash unit to stock
2) virginize unit
3) import fsc repair kit

Why use patched solution if car has fsc repair kit.

So the application number 19 is right?

So I asnswer to my question myself:
FSTool offers wrong app no for 1B, 19. Naturarry it should offer 1B as default like in an others 17 offers 17 etc.
So when I chaged app no to 1B and sotred to CIC it came green as like others, and naturally with right VIN number!
I still have little problems. this 1B file, which must be correct because my CIC accepts is right does not work eg in BMW FSC map generator or HUTool FSC map generator. Something is wrong with this. Or should I do convert or something to it?

Thank's. I try to send 1b file to You.
And:
It gave to my mind:
I first did 17, then 19, and then 1B but with 19 app number. Now I'm starting to thinking = is it possible that I by accident put my 1B FSC to 19? That expains why my 1B sit silent as I continuously tried put FSC to 19 instead of 1B (as I finally managed to do).
I guess that map code want that both 19 and 1B must be correct one, I'm I right?
I  will test that tomorrow.

Now all the FSC are correct. At least those show double green in FSTOOLS.
But: I'm stuck with map update.  I have to study what is wrong...
