you should use an ICOM with MOST adapter to flash CIC. Even when using the original ISTA/p the CIC has a high chance of programming aborts.

if you used the CIC script by intel123, you will need to reload the original FSC codes after flashing.

You must be very brave to attempt a flash of CCC at ALL! These things were known to fail on flash even 10 years ago. Now they are 20 years old, I would just leave them as it is while they work.

It's not given that MOST flash would work, as most CCC units have problems with failed component soldering. IMHO your best bet is finding restore CDs and try to revive it that way... If that does not help - you will need to find someone who can resolder big BGA chips. Or, even better, specializes in reviving CCCs.

What is the HW version of your CCC? What was the reason you started the flash at all?

here is a factory package valid for "premium 2009-2" MAP if im not mistaken 

if u have newer map data installed in your head unit that wont work for you
you would have to downgrade map data in the head unit or generate FSC for newer map data
