BMW E60 535D STAGE 3 - TUNING PROBLEM AND SMOKE
Hello! guys!, Let's start from the beginning, I have a bmw, e60 535d 286hp 2010, I changed several components.
-turbo stage 2 capable of 500 hp
-much stronger valve springs
- camshafts stage 2
- complete exhaust on 80mm
-hpfp r90
-low pressure pump from AEM
- m50d ramp regulator & sensor
-turboworks intercooler
- filter removed from the housing from aem
-injectors with enlarged nozzles
-Stage 3 XHP
and many minor things..
I have some problems, I did a remapping at a local tuner, with that software version it managed to produce only 390HP with 700NM.
And from that modified file, I modified it and got 433HP with 780NM on the dyno.
My wish would be to make around 480 - 500 hp with 950 - 980 nm. (From what I've seen it's possible)
The idea is that now even at idle, it emits a lot of smoke (smell of unburnt diesel)
Now in conclusion, I would like you to look over this file, and tell me where you think I made a mistake, or what I forgot, Thank you
- One more thing, I would like to know, is there a possibility to do hardcut at 4500RPM with flames and launch control? (I saw that opinions are divided on this topic)
