any way to make it see the data after copy it into ista folders

If you have just blp then will not writen anything there. If you have sdp then you need to write in registry which sdp version you have it

You need to run regfix file from downloaded files. This instruction is listed there and all you needed was to read instruction.

Delete folder "psdzdata" which is located here "... :\...\ISTA\PSdZ\data"
Download BLP and SDP v.4.40.11 HERE
Unpack BLP and SDP here "... :\...\ISTA\PSdZ\data"
Edit 2 branches in the registry.
1) \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA
Parameter: 
SWIData -> 4.40.11
   
2) \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\Rheingold
Parameter:
BMW.Rheingold.Programming.Enabled -> True
BMW.Rheingold.Programming.ExpertMode -> True

Did it this way , extracted blp and sdp but i dont think that the folder looks correct.And i get fault in ista, that programminng data is not correct
