I would start with reflashing the ECU.

Can be relation with bad cmp sensor? Now ok, but was shortcut on wires.

Neither Opcom nor Launch can reflash it. GlobalTIS offline should be able to do that with any good J2534 interface.

Sunds like common fault in ECU
Make sure to check ALL power and ground at ECU, if all ok, try another ECU |

Reflash ecu z18xe does not require pin code. If you find calibration to be the same, change VIN +1, do cal then change back with opcom. P1600 + P0606 means bad spark coil or plugs. Only one fault code present most certainly is bad ecu.
