Why don't you LOOK at your LOG again??? If it stops in the middle in my experience 99% you have too little disk space...

And do you even have a new version of the application 4.41.30? Or do you just have updated programming data ,language data and edit registry entries?
The ISTA version number is displayed according to the version of the Application.

I have version 4.39 but I am not able to update it, I am not sure how to do it. I have various doubts.

-Do I have to update one by one, or can I load the latest one directly? the delta files.

-I have tried to update the base version of ista (I update the psdzdata manually) and the log has given me this error ''Package 'BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.39.25' (Filename: BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.39.25.istapackage) could not be found on the shared storage''. I have tried to download that file to put it in the folder, but the only link I found is offline.

If someone can help me or can do it for me through TeamViewer, I appreciate it.

You can update BLP to latest straight away but SDP need to be done one by one.
