I reinstalled ISTA and now it is working with enet cable but not ICOM (same issue) can't press set connection. I checked the other laptop when i checked the ICOM for the first time. The other ISTA is older. Then maybe as you mentioned that the firmware needs to be updated.
Never did firmware update on ICOM.
It is the latest version (just purchased it from BMW). Can you please guide me how to do firmware update?

Ya I did my search and found how to update it by web browser. Is there is a way that ista can do the job? If I install the icom update msi file?
