hi,

the car BMW E87 CAS2 (no keyless go) have ignition problem, if put the key in slot only airbag and handbrake light is on, 

-please check the file from cas2, maybe is damge,
-please transer from cas2 to cas3 withou elv,

i check all fuse, all relais, everythink is ok,

Did u try to delete the first key?
The eeprom checksums are good and its not corrupted ..
are you sure its not hardware?

i dont try to delete first key,

iam not sure,  i order cas2 but its take time for come,
for that i want transer cas2 to cas3, because is till have one cas3,

Well, i think your Donor cas3 has an issue.
however, i fixed i transferred your info except keys and ISN
Write them OBD
this cas3 isn shows FF FF FF FF
you have to change it to 00 00 AB F1
this can be done with most of the tools in 10 seconds
Delete all keys except first one, virgin ur old keys using eeprom dump, make new key and start the car.
I don't have elv off for 0L15Y, so u can try flash it with this ZUSB 9389116 
If u can wait for 1 more hour i can transfer the keys as well

car turn now ignition, problem was junction box, car start now
but now i cant do diagnostic, no connection to any ecu, pin16 12V is ok,

solved, it was the wronh junction box, car is now full function. thx
