Hello, I have an error in the set of indicator no. 8W5 920 79C in audi a 4 b9 do you know how it happens?

Connect with odis e or vcp, switch session to engineering, and clear the code, it might work

and vcds, but vcds in it does not suggest the access code. How can I get engineer access? |
