There is only 1 reason to need this and that is if you have a car that came from factory with this version and you need to pass SVM for some online function.
Only thing that changes is RSDB and the part number index. So to pass SVM you can just edit tnrref.csv which is empty in the original version or edit part number in EEPROM.
