Yes, you don’t install ISTA using the app msi. You need a license/ista launcher/launcher console.

If I use ESys with psdzdata 4.42.32 to flash/program an ECU to latest I-Step/Level, will ISTA+ 4.39.20 standalone able to identify/work with that ECU? Since that ISTA+ is about two years older than the database used by ESys.

Maybe. No one can tell for sure for each and every unit there can be.

Hi there, tried several times to download the 4.42.1x package. Mega downloads all
the files exept the
BMW_ISPI_ISTA_DELTA-SDP_4.42.10istapackage from 88 gig and
the BMW_ISPI_ISTA_Data_GLOBAL_4.42.13istapackage from 24.9 gig.
Has someone else have these problems for downloading to ??
Or has a solution to get these file.
Tried 5 times with mega, it begins download and then the speed slows down an hangs at 0 kb and stays there. The SDP file hangs at 7 gigs.
The GLOBAL file at 5 gigs.
Thanks for any help or solution.
