Hey guys,

my Xentry doesnt want to start anymore. After Im trying to start it Im getting following error message: globalsettings.userpreferences.language not found

Unfortunately I could find the requested file in the Xentry/bin folder! It has to be disappeared some how..
Where can I get this file now without a fresh installation? 
Could someone please send me this file or uploaded for me?

Now Im getting the error message: "Unable to read file globalsettings.userpreferences.language"

I'm needing Xentry to work again desperately. Could someone help me, please?!

Your system is corrupt, you can try to recover but it may take more time and effort than necessary to do a reinstallation which, depending on your computer, It may take from a couple of hours to quite a few more. You do not give vital information to know what happened, what version it is... reinstalling will be the easiest option for you

Thanks for your reply. The installed version of Xentry is 12.2022 on Windows 11. Ive already tried to update to a newer version but the update fails again and again during the installation.

I found a post wehere else who descriped that fixing it is possible with the Globalsetting files. But I cant find the needed Globalsetting files so I could try it.

Would it be possible that someone here could upload or send me his Globalsetting files?

Thanks a lot mate! Now Ive managed to start Xentry again. But Its not showing me the text right. I dont know how to explain it correctly but you can see it on the screenshot. It seems like Xentry cant find the correct text files?!

Your system is completely corrupt, some colleagues have tried to offer "all-in-one" solutions based on archaic and public solutions and, although they may work, they omit many factors to take into account. Take the time to understand what you are doing and do it well. Your system is currently garbage.
