SEE ATTACHED
What would cause this? Everyday i see this when i enter forum. When i refresh page, it would go into normal mode. If any of my posts or current one helps then don't forget to press thanks and add a reputation

Some more infos could be helpful.
Which OS and browser are you useing? All Up to date? I think clearing browsercache and deleting cookies you have already tried? |

First i would try a different browser like e.g. Edge to find out if chromeis really the problem. When site works in Edge try, if you have plugins in chrome installed, to test with a nw userprofile in chrome without the useing of plugins. |

Have also problems with Chrome/Edge, all Windows and Apps updated.
Now use Firefox. |

Hm, my EDGE is working like a charme. Please create a new local user in windows to get a complete new profile folder and then start EDGE without any personal settings and look whats gonna happen.
