F46 used EPS issue
Hi everyone, i am having a problem on F46 11/2015
EPS has been replaced, not by me, and came to adapt it on car. I used e-sys to program and code it but nothing better, steering wheel is very hard to turn. Help would be appreciated Thanks If this post helped you don't forget to press rep

1. Is servotronic FSC installed PROPERLY into EPS (4822F7 could indicate that it's NOT and it SHOULD be there according to car options)???
2. Have you initialized steering angle??? 3. If both 1&2 are true, you should REALLY tell what part number of EPS (or at least HWEL) is now in the car. It could be incompatible EPS was installed ... Or FA is ruined. |

It's strange that there is no FSC at all in EPS, but maybe new/virginized one was installed. Then get EPS repair FSC and import it!

Yes, but if it has certificate with it, you must set it in options first.

Calculate svt target with fa original. Then see if Hwel is compatible with FA. I checked the vin number, your car has option 2VL (Variable sport steering).
- Secure coding (NCD 2.0) fit to FA changed (Typschlussel, Serie, Region...).
- Remove component protection MGU18/21 (only case BDC replace). - ID8.5 (SFA) conversion/ change region map. - Virgin Kafas4, MRR, RAM used. - Mgu patch, fsc custom match to vin, remove CP. - Reset ISN 7DTC, 8HP for F, G serie (include EGS7). - Write ISN MG1/MD1 with remotely. - Carplay/Android Auto MGU with/without ATM (6AE). And AGAIN IMPROPER use of HW-IDs.... Put PROPER EPS and then it will work.
With using that now you flashed WRONG software into INCOMPATIBLE unit. |
