Hi all,

Is it possible to do this on a F30 330e? My car has 8hp75hz installed but as long as it's an hybrid car with B48 2.0l petrol engine I wondered if this modification was possible?
I didn't found any infos or any "list" of the compatibles cars and even less about hybrid transmissions.
What's the risk if someone with non compatible car try to flash with Alpina software?

if it is true, how you can make a difference between BMW AG model and Alpina Model?

So I tried to flash the Alpina software to my gear box however my calculations did not match
I added 920,9XA to my VO and changed details to 3E51 my vehicle is 0316 so I left it the same.
After calculation (which was very quick) everything was blue.

I changed the production date to 0714 and calculated, this time it took a while and showed a software update. However the software code SWFL_0000210B_096_093_001 was different to SWFL_1EE4XXX that I was expecting.

Can anyone shed some light on what I may be doing wrong?

Do you know why the calculations only work with an older production date?

Typecode 3E51 is from D3 alpina, D4 is using 4C11. D3 and D4 not the same build dates also not same date for lci.
But it doesn't matter, D3 and D4 have the same gearbox 8HP70 and same software on egs.
There are many options to get EGS Alpina software, it's the result that counts.
