I connected the Xentry 2323.12 to a W223 and I got an error that it does not detect the ignition! The ignition was on in the car.There is no such problem on older, non-certified cars.
Do you have any ideas what the problem could be?

The mux is Chinese doip. I already looked at 2021 w213 with 06.2023 xentry, it worked perfectly.

Normal, but in the most current versions new limitations are added, before you could connect to a DOIP car without DOIP, now you can't.

I tried it with 09.2023 xentry, it had the same error.

Yesterday i spend FEW hours to make it work and here is what i used and my findings
I downloaded 12.2023,
Installed FRESH win10(with updates)(in VM Typical_recommended_Mode(DID NOT WORK), Custom(Option)/UEFI/Sec.BOOT_OFF/NVMe/1024Gb/1Cpu/8GB_Mem)
Then i installed Xentry,
Then i Used XENTRY.AIO.FULL.FIX_2023.12_R2-c0n (here and on other forums you could find)
Then i edited .vmx file (isolation.tools.getVersion.disable = "TRUE") <<<--- To change ID from 253 to 252
MAKE SURE you hit ENTER AFTER YOU EDIT .vmx file, because .vmx have to have "1" empty line at the end of file, otherwise it WILL NOT WORK

It worked on Main PC where i tested.... for power on....
Then i Copied to my diag laptop VM_FOLDER and it stopped working........
Then i ........ spend FEW more hours...(installing on diag laptop but external SDD)
Then i Copied VM_Folder AGAIN to laptop main SDD
and used AGAIN "XENTRY.AIO.FULL.FIX_2023.12_R2-c0n" fix and it worked on Xentry but not DAS...
When i tested on Car(s) Xentry connect some of my device but DAS wouldn't connect to to cars....
So i spend FEW MORE HOURS looking at configs.......
Then i made a file "START_Xentry.bat" and put in on Desktop

And finally i had a Xentry Connect to 2024 Mercedes and DAS Connect to 164/203/211

Notes and finds
I have Autel JVCI, MaxiFlash VCI(Newer version), Autel V200

When i used stand alone DAS i was not able to connect
I was able to connect via Xentry to 2024 Mercedes (via JVCI/VCI_Newer but NOT V200)
Note: Ignition checkbox was present/visible, software dialog prompted to ask if ignition is turn on or off

When i used "start_Xentry.exe passthru"
I was able to connect ALL MY passthru devices(V200/JVCI/VCI_Newer) via Xentry and DAS
Note: No ignition check box was present/visible, software never prompted to turn it on or off since program seen ignition statues


WorkAround included(DO NOT USE ConnectorAPI**.reg, try first without it)
Open ConfigAssist copy ID, Use Keygen 1.1,
Unplug/Disconnect internet when opening Xentry, once it's open and running you can use internet again

xentry does not work for me 2023.09 on mercedes w205 and w156. C4 doip interface. Das works perfectly on w215.
On recent vehicles xentry tells me it was not installed correctly.
Same vehicle w205 and w156 works perfectly on version 2021.06

Just as Xentry tells you: either it is installed incorrectly or it is incorrectly patched, the problem is not with the version of Xentry, of course.
