All, it's ok thank you but...

This Corsa make me crazy , now dashboard say security waiting time 00:10:00 and never change !!!
Cannot reset it and reprogram key.

You have to wait with ignition on 10-15m and try again do not remove ignition. Let tool connected to ipc all this time.

Not working, i tried many things like with original BCM, never countdown. 
Maybe need to manage eeprom but which tool ?

Ok, i found the solution => 13V  fail 

But... After reset and programm BCM ,ECM and IPC Instrument still same problem  angry

Somes says need reset SRS too but there's no option for reset it...

DTC :

ECM : 
P1632-00 Wrong Transponder Key Present
P1679-00 Wrong Environment Identifier Received
BCM (Body Control Module)


IPC (Instrument)  : U2107-71 Invalid Data from BCM (Body Control
Module)

BCM :
B3056-00 No Transponder Key Programmed Present
B3060-00 Transponder ID invalid Present

SRS : 5.B3902-00 Wrong Immobiliser Identifier Received

reset bcm program bcm select bcm installed
reset ipc program ipc
reset sdm program sdm.

of course sdm can be reset, even opcom in 2009 had it.

DO NOT RESET ENGINE ECU.

that 13V I call it b.... it mate.
