If there is problem reset all engine related adaptations as Key1 said.
Sometimes even timing chain reset is needed

i have preform all reset before writing modifier file now after driving DPF blinking on dash win i reset DPF is gone and comeback again and blinking without DTC on ecu some one can help me please
