I have Windows 10 64 bit and I follow instructions, but app is not starting at all.

for all that have problem running it(as me ) ...run the program and nothing happens ...

my solution was :
delete the ack.dat file from the Kёуgёи dir... get my HW id i have copy it ..did not use the txt file

paste in the Kёуgёи and delete all " - " from it, then 1.2.3.4 generate.... copy to the killer directory and run hope i helped
