Hi Guys,

I need the correct vin and pin programmed into this ECU.

It is a AC delco E78.

The donor vin is W0LJD7E82GB508239

I need it changing to W0LJC7E85GB507511

also the PIN code needs changing to 5605.

You can't just change VIN and PIN in donor ECU and expect it to fire up straight away.
You will need to program it with correct calibration files and then do an immo sync.

Thanks @pupu144. Original ecu has no comms so i can't clone it.

Would this unit need to be virginised?

How do i know what calibration files is needed and i can do immo sync with autel im608. I have lдциcн ж431 too...

You will need to buy subscription to Opel SPS2 reprogramming from PSA 5ёяvїcёBox platform.
You will need a good J2534 tool, and probably a 12V battery maintainer, because the process will take 30-40 minutes.
Then you will need to perform:
1) K20 Engine control module - > prepare for removal (enter donor PIN and follow instructions)
2) K20 Engine control module - > Programming (enter vehicle PIN if asked)
3) K20 Engine control module - > Configuration and setup
4) Z1 Immo learn - > ECM replacement with existing keys. It will ask for vehicle PIN too.

Can be done with GM DP5 too, but you will need to gather all the files I have mentioned above for offline flashing.
