sorry my english I have this problem in BMW F30. Read the VIN but after +-10 minutes have this error and close the session |

Do a power reset for about 30 min. (Battery disconnects). And then try again

Normally this should work (disconnect the car battery for 30min)
If you use an ICOM, also uses the last fimware If this does not work, I can not help you further
