Hi
Could someone advise if the keihin 37805-Rxx ECU (honda civic type r) is suported in kess 2.08, please , and can be flashed via obd. I'm hesitating between buying kess or ktag. But it needs to support the above ecu.

everytime google can be your best friend...trust me

only ktag and trasdata work there

You'd be better off buying a piggy back device like hondata or kpro etc

with the honda type R engine and most VTEC engines in general they need mapping a dyno, why? because any honda tuner worth their weight gold will put compensation on the 3rd cylinder wink

can you please explane this a litle..what culd be wrong without hondata and flash original ecu with modifyed data?

Could you please elaborate this. The main reason why I want to flash the ECU is to decat and get rid off flat spots. Do you think I still need piggy back to do that.

Because any honda tuner worth their weight in gold will add compensation to cylinder no 3

ideally when doing this you'd be live mapping it

piggy back device is a much better option
