I have very similar scenario. But in my case tcu crashed during OBD write by flex, i have managed to recover it to the point that it is visible in the car, could flash it over OBD wit odis E, no SAFE on the dash Car drived in Reverse 1st and 2nd gear but it throws NVM memory error P0603 and is also locked with missing VIN, Can anyone help to adopt original VIN number back to attached files. ori vin is WAUZZZ4G6DN036841

I managed to rebuild tcu software in WinOLS from bench dump and VR. Problem was in Flash, thanks for help but car now sent back fїжed... Vin was not displayed correctly because i used flash from different unit to bring it from bricked state to the point i could communicate and reflash it with odis E. which left me with corrupted software and P0603... Lessons learned always Backup on bench when there is Festive season, Magic Support not available so is Audi AG to approve spare TCU coding via GRP...
