If i want install the program there comes at the beginning an error message. Error code 2721

1.uninstall Ista D 3.48.30
2.if the error is the same. post the error picture.

Tomorrow i take a picture. If i install 3.48.30 no error Message appears only if i install a 3.5.. Version
