Go back to some earlier posts. I had the same problem. You have to rename a few files.

or you make a remote rdp via windows rdp to this computer.
windows rdp not compatible with hardlook emulator. use teamviewer!!!!

Go to C , D ...ETKA/Prog and RUN Installer and then start the Hardlock Emulator and be happy.

Thank you. I tried to run one version of ETKA but had no success with hardlocker on Win10 64bit.
