Just finish installing ETKA_Full_74_Germany and all ok.
The I started installing "ETK75_UPGRADE.EXE" and the I got an error:

Any suggestions`?

I had a non-functioning Etka 7.5 which I first uninstalled.
Also did a CCclean before I installed this version.

in Windows 7 32bit ETKA should work without problems.

+ Did you do a restart before installing the Upgrade to ETKA 7.5 ?
+ Maybe there are some relics from previous ETKA installations ? - which CCleaner don't show
+ What is PROG75.exe - try to kill this process before installing ETKA 7.5
+ The atl100.dll has no direct relationship with ETKA, so i can't focus your problem.

You can Uninstall everything reboot and reinstall from a clean setup. I fought with mine, but at the end it worked out.

- Automatisk restart after ETKA_Full_74_Germany, but did not restart between ETKA_Upgrade_75_Germany and ETKA_OnlineUpdater

- PROG75.exe is something belong to ETKA (C:\ETKA\LW\GER\75\PROG75.exe) and starts up during the install of ETKA_Upgrade_75_Germany. Install quits when I kill this process.
- Did the same to atl100.dll as someone did with msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll (I got the same problem too)

After the installation, I got a new error message: "Error 38: Hardlock-API-Fehler, Numer: 38"

Uninstall everything. All traces of etka.
During the install, disable virus protection. Maybe it's just small things causing it. Just my $.02:idea:

Note: 7.4 is outdated/obsolete you have to install 7.5, there are no Updates for 7.4 any longer !
