My hard drive just crashed, so I lost everything. I am having some issues here as well. I get to choose options instead of the actual description of the buttons.

The images that planet-fireball posted originally are no longer available, and I had the same problem. After going through several forums, someone suggested the following:

For anyone with this problem...change country in Region Settings under "language for non-unicode programs" (put some EU country instead of English - United States).

I haven't had a chance to check this as have other more pressing issues. Hope it helps.

Did you try and look up what that means? Did you try re installing ETKA?

Here is a new problem. I get the same error as in post #243
I updated Audi to the latest update. Now to update the others,its a problem. I will try once more to uninstall everything and reinstall it by doing one update at a time too see what happens. Although I don't need the other.
Any input is welcome.

Well, it's sad to say I re-downloaded the zip file and the whole nine yards.
I still get the options instead of description to click on.
I was thinking it was a bad download. I am going to give it another shot for the third time to see what takes place. From my prior installation last night, I couldn't update the three other manufacturer. Did anyone get this to work?
I'm fine without the others, but still something to look into.

yes, I have tried several times to install but after the message that goes to the ETKA 7.5 Plus version comes out that message

Alright. After a long battle, I finally got this thing running and updated. I'll let the pc relax for a little now.
It's still a mystery with the description of the options.
