After most users confirmed that this version is working well, I think this is not the right place to ask the standalone maker for individual support especially if the problem is related to the individual client. Bring your client to a minimum standard and it will work. My Point is not to bug the Devoloper with individual stuff. His work is free of charge and we should not ask for client support.
