Hello friends, Having little problem.I updated my ICOM's firmware to latest 3.14.04.I am not able to connect to the car.Icom works fine with rheingold.It's showing yellow dot connected and i also tried to imputing IP address of icom but can't further.Once it read just VIN but nothing after.ny suggestions please?Here is the screenshot.Thanks

Strange, try in this order:
Check you not have icom locked or is used by other APP.
Reset battery.
check icom settings are DHCP and have correct IP
Restore icom firmware
Reinstall istaD
check in other laptop other CAR

Strange, try in this order:

Sorry i think i wasn't clear enough with my post.I just bought this ICOM A2 clone few days ago and it was at 3.13.02.First test was on rheingold and it worked fine.Then i downloaded ISTA/P from the link in first post by slaw1971.After finishing the download,i just copied ISTA/P directory to the root of C drive and ran "BMW ISTA-P Loader V4.3.exe" and it automatically detected ISTA/P on C drive .I selected resolution and on the screen I clicked on BMW logo with car to start the ISTA/P.Thats all i did to run ISTA/P.Was it the right procedure?

So after i found that ISTA/P not working,i tried to update icom firmware to 3.14.04 but same results.Strange is ICOM works fine with rheingold(not from this thread,but 3.51.31).
1.Is there anything else involved in the installation of ISTA/P other than just copying ISTA-P folder to the root of the drive?
2.How to check if my Chinese clone Icom A2 is not locked?
3.By resetting you mean Car battery?
4.Could you please describe me more about "check icom settings are DHCP and have correct IP"? What should be the correct IP?
