Bough file didnt work for locked VCI ! I tested them but they are same as original( I opened the code file with MatLab and hexfile reader)

Can someone help me and tell how activate "Recovery mode" on VCI?
I'm try:
- connect VCI to power
- click and hold power button till 3 diodes stay orange/red and then connect VCI to USB
in a few places i was read that after this procedure GDS instead of start up will offer to do firmware recovery. But for me GDS start up, status of VCI yellow - connected, and on each my action GDS wright to me that VCI not connected to USB....
I was try 2 pcs VCI (one of them blocked - 815.00, second have a clear SN) - no diffrent...
Try on 2016y and 2010y GDS - all the same
Already spent two nights - result "0"

Is it blacklist unlocked version 2.24 ?

It is the locked version. But it works well with my VCI clone.
eventually someone can unlock it. i upload it later.

All product work great even the cheapest clone works great.
My friend buy expensive one for 450 usd, well its exact the same
as the one for 108 usd.
Nothing is bin changed on the pcb
