Extract the file????
the file domelec uploaded is missing lib file that's why it not working for you all but... in order to use it you must have matching hex file, if you don't have it is NOT necessary to ask for keys as you won't do anything with this program.... 
Don't PM me for SW keys, FRM, Licences, radio codes or similar, you will not get any answer...

I didn't upload any lib file because there's a few v8 firmwares out there so you have to use the 1 that is for your unit
