I tested it on my Q5 and works fine. After update you must activate the maps again. In the pics you can see the updates from K900.

Seems to be only for RNS850 at the moment, but yes, soon a new post!

Also i'm reading out there that keldo activators works with new maps i hope that it work's with new 3GP maps too

Hi all, i've a big problem with maps update to 6.22.4
I've updated firmware to k900 well, after i've updated maps to 6.22.4 with correct method.
After restart all system worked well but i've forgotten to delete hdd nav partition.
Than in green menu i've deleted nav partition with some messeges (pid: 28687 and pid: 90152).
Now the nav doesn't recognize map db and doesn't work.
I've tried to reboot MMI, reinstall firmware, reinstall maps with User Defined and select one to one file (AUDI_MMI3G_ECE is not recognized) but the problem permain and i can't erase HDD nav partition also if nav doesn't recognized DB







All works well except nav.
Help me plaese i'm very frustred!

It can be an SD problem, try with another SD and copy the map files using Windows.

I've just used Windows
First update was all ok
I've problems untill i've decided to delete db and nav partition.
If this is a probably solution i'll try another SD instead Samsung 64gb sdhc U1

I had a similar problem some time ago, my problem was to use Mac to copy the files, map install failed at 50% and i had the same situation, i copied the files using Windows, did the installation with "user-defined" and everything worked.

Now your system believes it has installed the map 6.22.4 version, so when you try to install it again it fails.

Solution can be, maybe install old map version for "reset" the map number or try to install it "manually" with user defined.

Unfortunately there is not a step by step guide to solving this very specific problem

Solved!
I've changed SD and i've update only MMI 3GP ECE module with user defined.
After restare MMI, all seems ok!
If i simulate maps upgrade, MMI 3GP ECE has a "?" but all works.
