Alpina B8 GT EGS 850Nm TQLimit
Hello, I have successfully calculated the standard Alpina B8 EGS software for the 2024 model year, but simply adjusting the time criterion to the 2025 range is not enough to calculate the engine and transmission software for the limited-edition Alpina B8 GT version with 850 Nm instead of 800 Nm.
I am therefore looking for a VIN or vehicle order form for a BMW Alpina B8 GT. Alternatively, I would also appreciate information on what else is different in the vehicle order form besides 9XA, 920, and the model code GV81. Best regards \\Problem solved - Use 03/2025 time crit. ;-) B8 = 0000A9BE_160_079_006 B8 GT = 0000D08A_160_079_017 Proofed by DME software: SWFK_00007E12_080_130_001 > G16_N63B44T3_AWD_ECE_OPF_ALPINA SWFK_0000D064_070_130_003 > G16_N63B44T3_AWD_ECE_OPF_Alpina_GT_Serie |

I find the GT Map with 07/2025 time crit. Only a other CAFD change the limiter? |

No take a look in the edit of my post. The SWFK are different between GT and Non-GT. Torque limiter applied in the calculation software, not inside of fdl coding.

Be careful when using the newer LCI bootlоаdёя on pre-LCI vehicles. The transmission is the same, but the HWEL is different. Otherwise, the transmission will no longer be accessible, and you’ll need a bench backup with a working bootlоаdёя. But don’t worry—you can flash the transmission in the engine comрдятment (bench mode) without a lift

You will brick it same trying to go Alpina B8 to 850xdrive which I did. Worked with someone and developed a trans tune with B8 software first in the world. Also when i bricked it I had a bench backup was not enough to bring it to life I tried with ACDP and FLEX had backups prior to starting. Had to reach out to someone who was able to bring it back to life through the ZF layer...
