Volvo EC240B VECU MID187 SID253
Does anyone have experience repairing Volvo CE VECUs (MID187)?
I am investigating an EC240B VECU with ER11 / SID253 calibration memory checksum fault. AT29C020 checks OK. I have confirmed that STK15C88 contents affect startup behaviour and CAN traffic. Installing the STK15C88 from a working EC140B VECU into the faulty EC240B VECU did not restore functionality, suggesting that STK15C88 contains model-specific configuration data. Can SID253 be caused by STK15C88 contents alone, or do AT29C020 and STK15C88 need to be matched? If anyone has experience with these VECUs, or access to an EC240B STK15C88 dump for comparison, please let me know. Thanks. |
