Bmw e60 elv issues
Hello all i have a bmw e60 525i 2007 car doesn't crank the yellow lock sign keeps coming up even thou i reset the counters with i5тд + but still no start after i remove key the yellow lock sign shows up how can i disable it i do have winkpf what can i do forward thank you

what cas version? could be cas2 3 or cas3+

cas3 is known to become faulty, it looks like its a bad elv but actually its a bad cas3 read faults and post check for "processor faulty" , first thing i would try is updating cas with winkfp then you can try an emulator lastly with programmer and write this dump to disable ELV.
