hi all,

i have a 2020 907 sprinter with a strange heater fault.  

the van has basic heater controls no a/c, temperature control knob, fan speed knob, windscreen max button and vents to feet button.

basically m2/6 air distribution flap actuator motor is staying at 25%.

i have replaced both actuator motors with new genuine mercedes, they teach-in successfully and normalisation is successful too.  i can also actuate the motors with жеитяу no problem from 0% to 100% and i can see the flap physically move.   when use the heaters from the heater control the temperature works as it should, the fan speed works as it should but when i press either the vents to feet button or max windscreen button nothing happens with the m2/6 air distribution flap actuator motor.

i thought it might be the control panel so i tried another but everything is exactly the same.

i dont understand how the motors teach-in and normalise successfully, and can be control through жеитяу ok but will not work when being used in the normal way.

has anyone had a similar issue to this and can help me resolve.
